We were quoted 4 hours of work w/out being assessed ahead of time and no insurance was ever offered. 2 guys showed up, took 8 hours to move and $936 dollars later, our modest 2 bedroom apartment move went from convenient to tragic. When we questioned why it was taking so long during the move in process, the owner Chris replied, I want my money in cash or you won't have the rest of your stuff. In fact, the movers were told to drive away with our items, still only half the truck was empty! To top it off, they supposedly "left" our $4000 Herman Miller Eames Lounge chair in the truck and after umpteen calls and police threats, 4 hrs later the kid that moved us showed up at our house with it unwrapped and all scratched up. This company will be reported to the BBB!!! But beyond that, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, AND PLEASE TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW!!!
