There is a real pride of ownership here and I felt confident we were doing business with an excellent company; one that cares about its facilities and also the people that rent from them. I felt safe going to our storage facility at anytime, and also appreciated how personable and helpful the owner, David, is. I can't recommend this place highly enough!
Dave was very kind, has a wonderful sense of humor and made me feel welcomed to my the city of Madison. Dave runs a top notch operation. The facility is clean and safe and was easily accessible from my apartment and my job.
Despite a slight miscommunication and moment of disagreement where we didn't quite see eye-to-eye, I found the storage unit clean and David to be generally fastidious and detail-oriented.
I had a wonderful experience with Applewood Storage. Last year I had moved to Madison and the original storage company I was going to use, accidentally gave away my storage unit. They referred me to Applewood Storage and Dave the owner, worked somethings out and got me into a storage unit the day before the arrival of the the transportation company dropped off my stuff.
