We just want to let you know how terrific we feel about all that was accomplished today with the excellent help from Mara and your "two guys!" Mara is a real pro at her work and makes what initially seems so daunting actually possible—and painless. She is a joy to work with and has just the right touch to make things move along efficiently while being very respectful of one's stuff and one's feelings about the stuff.
Not only was the furniture delivered, the room was set up very nicely. I was able to make the bed, etc. (because I had the bedding in my trunk) when we arrived. By the time I left, our dear person was all settled in and very happy to see his familiar items in his new place.

My perspective is a bit different than others b/c I have worked as another service provider to seniors, occasionally alongside Marianne and her team (I own a couple local UPS Stores in Middleton/Madison, WI and we provide packing and freight solutions). Marianne and her team make everything look easy---on-site on-time, organized, hard-working, compassionate....the list goes on. Believe me when I say that they are the standard against which others should be measured b/c they have set the bar, and set the bar high! We work with a lot of groups, and none compare to Moving Forward Madison for the services they offer! Oh, plus they're really nice, and fun!
