I got an excellent oak desk here in 2009 after looking everywhere for what I wanted: large surface with plenty of leg room underneath, just 1 draw on each side, and a keyboard drawer. It did take a month to finally get delivered, but that's to be expected with made to order furniture. You get to choose the wood type and the stain color. The ~$880 price after tax and delivery was reasonable considering it was solid oak, though they did happen to be having a 10% off sale, unbeknownst to me, when I purchased it. I would say everything I looked at there is built to last, but a word of advice: get it stained as close to the natural color of the wood as possible. That way, nicks and scratches aren't going to show as much.
I have several pieces in my house from this store and found the staff very helpful in determining what pieces would work in my space.
My order took 3 times the amount of time to come in and I was not contacted for pick up, I had to call them. No responsibility is taken on the stores end. They are severely overpriced and not current on trends. Would highly discourage shopping here!!

I have been a customer for over 20 years, and am delighted with the service and selection. I have purchased cherry dining room chairs to replace antiques, and they are simple, elegant, comfortable. I have a Prairie School home and have had great luck finding incidental chairs and lamps that fit throughout the house.
