We paid an up charge for an umbrella that was nothing special but had color matched fabric, this cost us over $400 arrived from a third party vendor poorly packaged and damaged. We could have purchased an umbrella from a home good’s store for a third of the price and no hassles.
Poor experience. Nice product but we recommend clarifying everything with their representative before purchasing. We found our salesman professional but he had an answer for everything and was quite smooth at deflecting.

I recently bought a coat I have been searching all over for and the ski chalet had it and 50 bucks less than anywhere. The shop has a great selection and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's definitely worth the trip and supporting locally.
In addition all the fasteners for the patio set themselves were loose and needed re-tightening.
The price is excessive. When you add $60 for sealer and a $442 umbrella, this patio set was hardly the deal we expected.

That being said, they have a very modern, very high-end selection of furniture that you won't find many other places in Madison. As a local store, it's a nice way to get high-quality furniture and support a business in the area.
