To be honest this made me feel even better about my purchase but also likely to buy from Ashley directly in the future. True sales is to know that even helping when you won't benefit immediately is still a sale. Thank you.
I just randomly stopped in on Black Friday to check out deals, I wasn't expecting to buy anything but came across the perfect set. Tommy was very helpful on ideas on how to arrange all the pieces to make sure it fit in out living space. He was even patient enough to wait while I ran home to measure it all out to double check it would fit.
We went to Ashley to look at options for a sectional couch. Tommy greeted us right away then gave us time to look around. He asked good questions and was very informative. We left purchasing a sectional, dining room table and chairs. We are looking forward to them getting delivered.
This is our third purchase with Ashley. Thus far we are very pleased with the process of purchase and the product. Paul, the sales associate did well in his presentation, very informative with product detail. He was attentive to our questions and spent the time we needed, before making our decision. Delivery was on time, friendly and quickly arraigned to our request. We had a minor service issue and it was dealt with speedily. I must also comment on the conversation I experienced with the store manager. He was insighful of the industry, delightfully entertaining but be warned,....very wordy! If you are given the pleasure of speaking with him, be prepared to mostly listen...
Exellent experience, no pressure from helpful sales professional. Ben, our sales professional was patient and really listened to what we were looking for in a quality mattress for our teen daughter. We went to three other furniture stores and found Ashley Furniture to be the best quality at the best price! Definitely will be back to purchase add’l decor and living room furniture from Ashley.
