One problem after another...first I did not receive the item that I ordered, it was "written up" wrong so I have to take off work for a second deliver. Second, one of the items was damaged, but they offered to have their "technician" come out to correct the issue. Really??? I have a hammer too. For what I paid, I want a 100% perfect piece of furniture. Finally, one of the items I purchased is on sale this week...and since I don't have it yet I thought they would match the price. NOPE. So buyer beware!
I purchased a sofa and table set from A-1 over 10 years ago and it was great quality at a super price. We just purchased a sectional and it just reminded me of why I will never go anywhere else to purchase furniture. Not only can you not beat the quality and value, you can't beat the staff. Not once did I feel pressured or swayed. Our sales rep Guy seemed to truly be on our side to help us find the right furniture within our budget to fit our needs. Always have been and still very impressed!
Fantastic prices on furniture!!! Large selection and some really beautiful pieces. I was so involved in this shopping experience that I didn't take many pics. In my opinion A1 Furniture should be your first stop! Special thank you to Jim for letting me shop in my own, wierd way.
I was dreading furniture shopping so bad but I just so happened to walk into the best furniture store ever. A1 cares so much about their customers. They want to help you find something that you love, subject to your budget constraint. They also have a great website and can order stuff for you as well. I was also able to do much of the purchases before moving to town, and get them all lumped into the same delivery. And then, the couch almost didn't fit but the delivery persons didn't give up. If I needed more furniture I would without a doubt go to A1 furniture.
A1 has TONS of merchandise to choose from with some of the most beautiful pieces. From the moment I walked into their store the sales men were eager to help me find just what I needed. I overall had a great experience and I'll definitely be choosing A1 furniture again in the future. 5 stars! Thank you guys so much!
