We also bought an entertainment center that was back-ordered and Robert emailed us updates on the arrival date (without me having to call or email begging for an update). He managed to get it to his store earlier than planned so we could have it in our house in time for a holiday party.
We can't say enough good things about Robert and Slumberland. We popped in on a Saturday looking at bedroom sets. He was super patient, didn't hover, answered all of our questions, calculated the prices for 2 different sets, and told us we could have them delivered the following Thursday. The delivery guys called 20 minutes before arriving, carried everything upstairs, and assembled it. Super courteous and efficient. and the bedroom set is gorgeous. Looks even nicer in our home than it did in the store.
I find it strange to read that people have had a negative experience with Slumberland. We have made a few large purchases here and the experience has been wonderful and actually fun! The sales people have been knowledgeable, extremely friendly and not too pushy (which we have experienced at other local furniture stores). Highly recommended!
We're looking for a sofa next and I plan on checking here first. The customer service was really amazing and such a pleasant change from other furniture stores in the area.
They always say they have deals but I feel as if it's not a real deal for customers. The blowout sales seem like a joke sometimes.

Great customer service. After dealing with some really bad customer service at Lazy Boy this was definitely a breathe of fresh air. We came in looking for something very specific and Robert- our sales associate was very helpful. He took his time and showed us our options. After finding a piece we really liked he was VERY patient and never came across pushy. He was very informative as well. We visited the store 3 days in a row trying to make a sound decision and never once did we feel like we were inconveniencing him. Each time we visited Robert sat there with us and helped us talk through some things. On the 3rd day we visited we just missed Robert and had Keith help us. He too had great customer service and was very helpful. Making a purchase like furniture is a big decision and I'm happy we found 2 great sales associates to help make that decision a little easier and more informative. Thank you again Robert and Keith. We truly can't wait for our living room furniture to arrive. If we know of anyone looking for new furniture, you both will be getting great referrals from us. Thanks again for all the great help.
