Two months came and went and nothing... no phone call, email, text. We finally had to stop in and ask for a status update. When they finally got back to us we were told that there had been a backorder issue with our fabric and the couch was slated to ship the first week of August. Well, we waited patiently AGAIN until last week when I, ONCE AGAIN, had to call and ask for a status update. I was given the runaround about how the person in the store couldn't check on my orders (how calling a vendor, giving them a PO and asking for an update is something only two people can do boggles me). I called back later in the day for an update and was given the same excuse, I finally explained my situation and demanded a call back that day with an update. I was summarily ignored and as of right now, I have still not been given an update on my furniture.
I cannot, in good faith, recommend this company to -anyone- who is looking for furniture and even a modicum of customer service.
We purchased furniture from this company three months ago. With a 2 month lead-time, we were anxious to see this come in as our living room was completely empty.
Interesting selection of furniture
Everytime I shop at Dwellings I have a fantastic experience. The staff/owners there are delightful. Also they have a KFC across the parking lot and I love chicken littles.
