Customer service was rude and not helpful. Shouldn't have worn my construction clothes because I was only directed to the clearance section.

Last week I stopped in at The Stool Store to get a replacement for the plastic caster on a stool I had purchased there a few years ago. The men who helped me were very helpful & repaired the stool in minutes while I waited. The Stool Store appreciates their customers and treats them right. I wholeheartedly recommend them!!!
