Do not purchase the Accidental Damage Warranty ($100.00) that Slumberland provides in the purchase contract. Our 1 1/2 year-old scuffed the leather ottomon (which is explicitly listed in the guidelines as "accidental damage"), the contract company refused to fix the scuff. We emailed them pictures (which they denied receiving at least 3 times) and when they finally looked at them they claimed the scuff did not fall under the warranty guidelines. Its a scam. The fact that Slumberland provides an agreement with such a company tells me that they are an unprofessional outfit. The couches we purchased well over 1500.00 are poor quality as well. Spend your money elsewhere.
Me and my wife had the Nice's most patient salesman today at the Madison West store after about 4 or more mind changes we finally picked out our couch a employee like that is priceless the employees name is James Priniski I really appreciate your help and I hope someone shares this with you Jan and John Lukasavitz
We had great service here. The sales people left us alone, but they were there when we needed help. Delivery was on-time and efficient. Much appreciated compared to some of their in-town competition.
Slumberland needs to step up their game. Updating their store, it's layout design, and lighting would greatly improve their shopping experience. Everytime I check out Slumberland, I'm hoping that they gave themselves a makeover. Unfortunately that hasn't happened yet. Also, their location is hard to find!
Nice showroom with a good selection, very friendly staff. Got a good sturdy futon at a price below what it costs online. Had a couple of options for pickup or shipping, including having them come to my house and assemble it. Mattress was there in the back so I went home with it that night. All in all a very positive experience.
