Sales staff super friendly. Delivery and customer service was a nightmare. I purchased complete bedroom sets for 3 bedrooms, a living room set and a kitchen table. First issue was they told us 2 bedroom sets were delayed. On day 1st bedroom set, kitchen and sectional were supposed to be delivered everything came. Since husband was out of town I had to haul everything out of 2 bedrooms with zero notice by myself. Second issue and this was a big one... 2 of the bedroom sets didnt' come with the hardware to assembly it.. All the pieces were left in the middle of the floor in 2 bedrooms for a week. (huge mess) 3rd bedroom set was assembled but had big scratch. Kitchen table was also scratched. Told they could only come back on a Thursday to resolve the issue but I have a job... made 3 phone calls during week to confirm Thursday was not scheduled but keep getting texts that it was. Each time I was told they were not coming. On Thursday, I get a call while at work they are there. They reschedule and come back Saturday. They assemble the two beds but the piece for 3rd bedroom set that was supposed to replace the scratch and a worse scratch than the original. Table couldn't be fixed because they brought the wrong piece; Following Saturday (so 3rd Saturday now of waiting around) new piece for bed is finally corrected and table part replaced. All along store managers kept insisting they would give me a discount for my 3 weeks of hell. When all said and done-they did NOTHING!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!
I went to check out Bob's Furniture today! Their store is amazing! From their tv ads, I thought it was a warehouse type of place...NOT! Their furniture is beautiful and the prices are exceptional! Their store manager Jim came and introduced himself and I gave him thoughts on better media review!!!! They need to do an ad that really showcases and highlights their merchandise! I will be back!!!
Kristi and Jim were great to work with! Jim even sang Happy Birthday to me and gave my husband and I each an ice cream and a Bob's t-shirt! Fun, knowledgeable, nice. I will definitely shop there again!
My wife and I went in to get a new dining table set and meet Brian. He was very kind and helpful. After finding the table we wanted he helped us through the entire process. The selection was great and really affordable. There was no pressure from the staff either. Definitely going back for more furniture in the future.
Kevin was our salesman a few months ago. He greeted us and let us take our time looking around. He would pop over to give us tid bits of info on each item. Went back to make the purchase, Kevin was promoted! He set us up with Kristen who made the rest of the transaction go smooth. We had delivery set up and realized our old mattress had been damaged, I called Kristen and she was able to get us a mattress on the sane delivery! The crew that set up the furniture were polite and worked quickly. So far everything has been great with Bob's!
