I had the best experience with the Diamond Center. I'm from central Wisconsin and have been to over 10 different jewellers including some of the big names from the Madison area as well as Wausau. This would be excluding the big box mall stores. The Diamond Center was the first stop for us in Madison and we were greeted and sold almost the minute we walked in. Brett and his staff were very caring and helped every step of the way. I had the opportunity to hand pick the center stone which I felt was very important. I wish I would've had more options to choose from, but still found one that I loved. Brett kept me informed every step of the way. Their warranty is also one of the best. Don't get fooled by some of their local competitors. The Diamond Center offers the best experience from start to finish.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. They were great to work with when purchasing our wedding rings. The manager Nate was exceptional! When what the designer claimed was the matching wedding band to my engagement ring didn't look right when soldered together, Nate made it his mission to make sure I was happy with the end result. I was so impressed with how much effort he put into making me happy! He kept in constant contact with me, with the status of his conversations with the designer, and in the end, The Diamond Center ended up altering my rings for me to get them to line up correctly and look amazing when soldered, since the designer didn't care. Although we have moved out of the Madison area, we will certainly be back in the future for any of our jewelry needs!
Amazing service! Nate did a phenomenal job because he cared about what my fiancee and I were looking for instead of pushing us in any specific direction. We visited many stores around Madison and appreciated how very patient Nate was after showing us many different styles of rings to get a proper understanding what we wanted. Then after helping us find a ring that we both liked, Nate and his staff customized two beautiful wedding bands to our exact specifications. He then worked hard to get us the rings very quickly and was super helpful walking us through the engraving process. Also, TDC has the best warranty in town so we know we made a great decision shopping there.
I came into today to get my ring cleaned and was greeted by Brett. He was very friendly and happy to help. He even suggested getting my ring polished, which was no additional cost. Even after having my ring almost 5 years it's great to know I can come back and get excellent customer service!
My wife Emily Strombeck and I wanted to send out a big "thank you!" to Nate Sims over at The Diamond Center in Madison. Nate helped us find the exact wedding bands we were looking for. My wife even put together a custom ring that turned out unique and beautiful. Two weeks before our wedding we moved to Milwaukee and Nate was nice enough to drop off our wedding bands on his way through town which saved us a special trip back to Madison and was one less thing to worry about in the weeks before our wedding. The Diamond Center also finished both our wedding bands two weeks early even with my wife's custom wedding band. We give Nate and the Diamond Center our highest recommendation. Thanks again Nate!
