Nice! What immediately struck me upon walking into Gruno's was the wide variety of accessories; there is truly something for everyone! Customer service was exceedingly helpful (thanks Brad H.). Originally I just stopped in for a second opinion for a ring repair. These people are just awesome! The salespeople were very well informed and helpful, and the store manager went over and beyond. Their goldsmith was able to fix a diamond anniversary ring, one of the mall jewelry stores said couldn't be done. My husband and I were very impressed and have decided that any future jewelry or watch purchases will be from Gruno's. I even received a handwritten thank you note. I was stunned. If you want honesty and quality go to Gruno's Diamonds. Awesome Rolex selection too!
