My fiancé bought my ring here. Awful customer service. Took my ring in twice to have it sized or fixed and both times they failed to return it by the promised date. The first time we had told them we needed it for engagement pictures that evening and the jeweler still said it wasn't his responsibility to get it back when he had promised. Only once have I had an interaction there with someone who seemed like didn't act like I was wasting their time. 1/10. Would not recommend.
Lost a diamond in my Anniversary ring, they replaced no problem. Getting it check every 6 months helps not having other problems.
Prices were reasonable as well if not a little lower then the other stores. I definitely recommend talking to miss sandy if your looking to buy any jewelry at the mall.
My ring looks great however both bands became unsoldered after only 6 days.
Terrible customer service. Mediocre jewelry. They refused to honor my purchased protection plan because of their own outdated computer system. Thousands of dollars wasted in this garbage store. Never shopping there again.
Went looking for tanzanite jewelry for my girlfriend and Miss sandy was an awesome help, out of all four jewelry stores they have in the mall she gave me the best service out of all of them....mind you, i hate shopping. She explained the items I was interested in with enough detail and mentioned the warranty plans they had and what it covered.
