The guide was great and helpful when we visited there first time. However, when we visited again yesterday for some new charms, the shopping guide there was rude and unhelpful. We stayed around several minutes but no one was offering help. When we asked to try several charms, the attitude of the guide make me feel either I owe her money or she just broke up with her boyfriend. She never asked if we need help to put the charm onto the bracelet and all the questions we asked she only reply with one or two words. SHE DIDN'T EVEN SAY "THANK YOU" AFTER WE MADE THE PURCHASE AND I SAID THANK YOU TO HER. It was a extremely unpleasant visit.
