My son doesn't have the best control when sucking and needed "lip blocks" for his straws to help prevent choking. When I asked if they could drill a hole in a few drink lids for him to use they were happy to help. They're like family, always there with information and help.
I tend to agree with the others here that the customer service is okay at best. Through multiple visits over the years they have always had what I need, but it's frustrating when the cashier values his conversation with a friend at the counter over serving you.
The staff are always helpful, going above and beyond simply selling things. It's been my experience that they are ready to give helpful advice, tighten (or loosen) a screw or bolt, or even drill a hole in a plastic drink lid so that my son can drink more independently from a drink.
They have a lot of great stuff and very nice if you don't want to go across town, but the two guys I've had have this "zero care" attitude like you aren't welcome there

Rude employees working at this location that refuse to make returns even when it is in their policy to do them
people were nice but they sold me putty that was already dry when I opened it.
