They had good prices the deals was awesome on some things they were out of some things I needed but overall got what I needed and they had a lot of cashiers that was nice even though there was a lot of people I got in and out
I did Not feel that my business was Appreciated AT ALL !
It is not a great feeling when they don't trust their customers and need to verify coupons.
It is not that I will stop shopping at Farm and Fleet ... I just think the customer service could be improved.
I had to wait while they verified a printed coupon I had was valid, which it Was and I can understand to a point. However then the cashier did not put all of my bags in my cart which I realized when I was outside loading my car. So of course, I had to go back in to the same cashier to get my bag and did Not even get an I'm sorry for forgetting to give me my entire purchase

This store has always been well stocked with great prices, with a staff that goes above and beyond for their customers. Great place to shop!
Employees are always friendly and helpful. Unlike other stores it is easy to find someone to assist you. The bathrooms are almost always clean and stocked. Prices may not be the greatest... Compared to some competitors but I'd much rather do business with a smaller hometown company like Blain's Farm & Fleet then Walmart any day of the week! And if you look hard enough, some of their deals are truly very good !
Employees are always friendly & helpful. Large selection of specials. Store is always clean and mostly organized. Quality of store products offered for sale is good.
