All I can say is WOW!! My wife and I have been treated exceptionally well at this location. I want to single out John R, James S and Maddie W for their assistance. They have each demonstrated the highest level of customer service. John personally contacted us when a highly valued rookie card became available. We arrived in less than an hour to purchase it. James assisted us in finding the perfect diamond jewelry...my wife loves it. Maddie has worked with us on so many things always with a smile. We really appreciate the way we are treated by each. They have earned our business and respect. Now if they can just find me my Rolex haha. Thank you so very much!!
Mike D is the absolute most amazing guy I've ever had help me out here. Helped walk through purchasing of a 360, accessories and games. He is the sole reason I purchased here, if we can give him some kind of award do it. If you're coming in to look at gaming stuff or have any questions about any of it look him up!
I really enjoy going to pawn America with my kids. They have great prices and a large variety of items to pick from. Also whenever I need a few bucks I could always pawn things in my home to help me out . great service too.
