As a new cyclist, I managed to mess up the gears on my bike :). This bike shop is right off of the Capital path, so I stopped in to see if anyone could assist in fixing the issue. The man who helped me was extremely patient, nice, and didn't charge for his time! Best of all, I now know how to use my gears properly. I highly recommend going here for all things 'bike' related!
Some of the hipsters repairing bikes are douche bags and some of the other staff members are very nice and knowledgeable
I think this place is highly overrated. Not a budget friendly repair shop. They overestimated repair cost and tried to replace the parts that wasn't even broken.
They have a great selection of bikes, accessories and gear... The small troop of mechanics are helpful and tallanted.
This bike shop has great mechanics on staff. they helped me out on my recent ride around the lakefront path my bike fell out of tension (that's a single speed problem) and they fixed it right up on the spot. I'd recommend them to anyone!
