I've never had a bad experience here, and I'm very low income. They will work with you to code your expenses so that your insurance covers it. I feel my doctor listens to me and is willing to try things that I suggest. They are willing to give me a referral whenever I need it, which is often. The receptionists are so sweet and they speak Spanish. They also have a translator for other language needs. They are sympathetic and accommodating to my blood draw phobia. I'm sorry that others had a bad experience here but it's been great for me. (I've never seen anyone treated poorly in the waiting room or pharmacy either, fyi) Thanks!

This place is absolutely horrible. If your low income prepare to be treated like crap. We went to a dental appointment at 10:30 and because we had to wait in line and it was 10:32 my fiancé was not allowed to go to the appointment and it was rescheduled.
BEWARE, this is NOT, I repeat, NOT a low or no cost clinic for people without insurance like they claim. If you do not have medicare or Badgercare or insurance, DO NOT COME HERE! I came for a check up and some routine blood work and was billed almost $900!!! (And I have NO INSURANCE!!!) I could have saved myself time and gas and went to a local doctors office and had the same bill. Do not waste your time!
Great clinic. With or without insurance they work with you. If you don't have insurance be sure to go in and get your income checked first so I can put you on the sliding scale. Even with insurance do that with all your co-pays will be greatly reduced if you qualify. Been going there pretty much since it opened never had a problem.
There are a lot of rude employees as well who will take out their aggression on the people there as if it were the DMV. If you don't have money this is the reality.
