I came here for the first time to see a new doctor. I asked the guy at the information desk if he could help me find where my appointment was located. He laughed in my face. Then told me no. Asked me which department I was going to. I said that's what I was trying to figure out as it was just a first appointment to establish primary care. Finally the man next to him asked who I was seeing and pointed me in the right direction. The other guy was still laughing at me, and as I walked away he was STILL LAUGHING AT ME. That is so incredibly rude. If I didn't like my new doctor, I would be switching to a new clinic from this one interaction. TRAIN YOUR INFORMATION DESK WORKERS to maybe not laugh in a patient's face??

Very much a one-stop-shop. However they do not have valet parking like the main hospital or the clinic in Janesville.
