If you're a boyfriend or husband looking to please his lady, don't bother going here to get a gift certificate. You'll be ignored for about 10 minutes, told you're standing in the wrong place to get help and leave with a headache from the trashy club music blaring from the speakers. Doesn't help that it's in a mall that's seen better days and is frequented by the less...dignified...of the Madison area population.
Grace is the best! I love going to Sephora and seeing her there. She's always helpful, knowledgeable, knows what I like, and makes my time in Sephora enjoyable. If you're having any trouble she's your gal! :)
Came here to get some foundation and some more anastasia dip brow pomade. I got color matched and I picked out my foundation. (tarte amazionion clay) and it was way to light! They claim they can color match, but they cant. Waste of 35$. Then, I asked if they had any more anastasia dip brow in the color blonde, and she gave me the wrong box. she gave me brown instead of blonde. Will be contacting the store and if i dont hear back, ill be filing a complaint with the BBB. I'll save some hastle and just go to ulta.
Wonderful staff. Even though I've gone in with no makeup and looking tired as heck, they were nothing but friendly and helpful. I don't think I've ever encountered such good employees before. They made the experience much less daunting, and because of it I feel more secure buying expensive makeup. I've already gone in several more times, but you can bet I'll be returning soon.
I went into Sephora looking for the Cover FX drops and the tarte rainforest of the sea foundation. I was with my boyfriend and upon approaching the Cover FX drops, a worker walks over from another aisle to ask if I need help. I said no I'm fine. There was nothing wrong with what she did, it's just customer service, however then the security guard came from his corner and he was staring us down shamelessly. I felt so uncomfortable that we just left the store. I didn't leave the store because I was stopped from stealing. I left the store because your staff are extremely unprofessional and don't know how to properly do their job. I will NEVER shop at this Sephora again! Feel free to go here if you want to get treated like a damn thief and get watched by an old white man intensely
