My wife went to the urgent care a couple pf days ago because she had a sore throat and clearly she has something, she even had fever. We also told them that we have a 3 months old baby that could get sick if she doesn't get anything but they only said that the coughs where normal and that it was because of the weather? Now our baby its super sick with a lot of congestion. All of this could've been avoided if they had done any test at all.
Whoever gave veronica reza a job should be fired. I've never received worse medical care or attitude in this setting. Sat in an urgent care for one hour and got judgement, poor advice, and a $250 bill. Get your care elsewhere.
I've come here for various reasons, numerous times, and every time the check in staff on the 2nd floor have always given me attitude. Not only are they not nice, they make smart remarks at you. Seriously? So unprofessional and not customer service driven at all. Don't waste your time here. You can get better care somewhere else, just because they're so bad; I can guarantee that.
Pleasing/comfortable waiting area and fast care. Most time spent waiting was on the hospital to fax over my records . Staff were respectful and amicable. Received all I needed for my injuries in just over an hour.
Whenever I go there to check in for an appointment, the receptionists are NEVER friendly or helpful and if I even ask them a question they look at me like I’m an idiot and have an attitude. They’re very rude with absolutely no customer service skills. Do not take the job if you’re that miserable, simple as that!!! The pharmacists are friendly and have pretty good hours as well as optical.
