Arrived to urgent care at 5pm. Only one other person waiting to be seen. 5:27 pm and I go to desk to ask why the wait? She responds “ alot of complicated people working tinight”. Then tells me they have been running 45 to 60 minutes behind. Might have been a good idea to maybe have let me know this when I checked in. Ive been working all day and am tired. Would rather be at home ! This is some serious BS! Get it together people!
Wait was long. However, we were able to leave and come back later without losing our place in line. The waiting room was full. Great care!
Easily the worst care I've ever received. This place makes Concentra look like Johns Hopkins. Terrible. ****ing shame.
TERRIBLE!!! Staff are decent, but the doctors are very impatient, rude, an DO NOT CARE about what your concerns are. Nor care to treat them. They also cut u off An tell you your "talking to much, use shorter sentences "
Arrived at Urgent Care -West Towne, Madison, WI facility on Thursday night, March 9, to hear it would be 1 hr to 1 1/2 hour wait due to an emergency. Which was fine with me. But then I watched over the next 1 1/2 hr as every person who was in the waiting room upon my arrival and every person who arrived after my daughter and myself (except for only two individuals), went back to see a doctor before we did. I asked the registration desk if we were somehow missed. Her explanation was that there were several emergencies and since my daughter's appt would be longer, they wanted to take the faster ones first. I can understand some of the patients, but EVERYONE except two? We waited 2 hours and our appointment only took 30 minutes! VERY disappointed in the administration and nurses. The doctor was excellent, but this process left much to be desired.
