Great care by very professional staff. No waiting today. I've been there several times and have always recieved great care. Have I had to wait when they're busy?....yes (once I waited three hours when the waiting room was packed), but I realized I had to wait my turn. Do they take you back in order of arrival? No, because some people have illnesses that need to be addressed emergently. The staff are wonderful people who work very hard.
I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I got in and out of there. The nurses were kind and helpful. The doctor seemed knowledgeable and really wanted to make sure he gave me the right antibiotics given all my weird prior reactions to them. Overall, I typically DREAD going to Urgent Care, but this was so fast and efficient. I really appreciate that.
Wonderful service!! Lots of compassion & helped me figure out what was going on. From reception to the MAs to the PA-C everyone was great.
I don’t understand why this clinic has so many bad reviews. I had a really good experience. Doctors and nurses were attentive, understanding, and helpful. There can be a long wait but that’s dependent on the time of day you go and the severity of your condition. They do everything they can do get you in and out in a timely manner.
I'm extremely dissatisfied with how quickly my little girl was rushed in and out of this clinic. I had to take my 5 year old here on Christmas since they were the only place that was open. We actually would have been better off not coming here since we could have seen her regular doctor the next day. Had we done that, we actually would have gotten an accurate diagnosis a day earlier. The person that saw us actually used the phrase "I guarantee that she doesn't have pneumonia." Somehow they missed the sever ear infection, too. There was nobody else in the waiting room so I'm not sure what the hurry was.
