Zumiez Is A Great Shoe Store. I bought my vans at Zumiez. And that was 2 years ago. They are still in great condition.
Do NOT shop here if you are getting into skating or just need to pick something up. The workers know just about nothing and you should really be supporting your local shop like focus or alumni anyways
Really poor customer service. The 2 workers seemed they didn't want to work orhelp us. The guy, was much more concerned with being on his phone than trying to help us order a shirt. Both employees incredibly rude and dismissive toward us. Even though they sell decent products, will not shop at this store again. Poor store policies as well, they won't follow policies that other zumiez stores follow.
