the banana republic in Madison is at West Towne Mall, on the complete opposite side of town.. Banana Republic is great though
I tried on clothes for about an hour. I had to ask for fitting rooms 3 times after getting locked out. Never was asked if I needed help finding the correct fit because they were too busy helping the family in the fitting room next to me. They were not able to look up my brand card in store, so I called customer service twice and finally checked out an hour and a half later. The associates in the store didn't smile once when helping me. Not impressed with the service, but I'm really excited about the clothes.
