I love Burlington but DO NOT SHOP ONLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The "denied" my card while trying to process my 82$ purchase. Then when I checked my bank they still charged me 82$!!!!!!! When I called customer service they claimed it was just a "hold". So now I cant use that money for 3 days. How are you able to charge me/ put a hold WHATEVER you want to call it on my card but not accept my payment? At least give me the damn stuff I ordered SMH I'm pissed! Definitely lost a loyal customer!
