The staff was friendly and really helpful. The prices were very reasonable and the salon itself was clean and inviting. My colorist, Drew walked me through the process verbally and that took a lot of the anxiety out of the experience.
Drew is absolutely amazing! He goes the extra mile for me every time I come in. He is knowledgeable about products, and has helped me save my hair from thinning and falling out! His fashion color technique is solid. I won't go to anyone else.
My partner goes here to get his hair cut all the time, so I thought I might as well give it a try myself. Normally I would've seen Rose (who absolutely rocks), but this time I saw some guy named Eric. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. Not only did he nick the back of my neck with his clippers, but he was super forceful with positioning my head which felt beyond awkward. Later he tried to wet my hair in the washing station and ended up getting water and shampoo in my ears, in my eyes, and on the collar of my shirt. I kept trying to clear my ears to get him to notice, but the guy seems oblivious. When he was done and it came to drying, he just threw a towel on and had me dry myself while he washed his station. Finally, and this is just the topper to this pathetic cut, Eric has no concept of how to line up. Somebody needs to go back to school and learn how to do things right.
The staff is great, friendly, helpful. Got my hair curled at the end of my color and didn't notice any problems. Showered and straightened the next day and I had spots all over the place and a line straight across the back. I went in for a balayage. One color I'm sure would have been fine. This, just a complete mess.
Drew is awesome! He did my color correction, hair cut and deep conditioning. He took me through each step and explain everything!
