The salon is always clean, aesthetically pleasing and very inviting. The staff is very friendly and always makes me feel welcome. The little things, like offering water or tea and having mints available are very much appreciated.
I never leave disappointed. Each stylist is insanely talented. They always leave me with suggestions in how I should style my hair and what products I should use to keep my hair happy and healthy. The quality of my hair has improved 10 fold! I also like how well the treat my daughter during her haircut she always looks super cute!

On July 2nd, 2016 I called Serenity Salon to see if there was an available appointment for a haircut. I was told that there was an opening that afternoon. My daughter in law inspired me to be adventuresome since I had not had a professional hair cut in at least 8 years. She accompanied me to help articulate what I hoped for. We were pleasantly greeted and introduced to Darcy who is the owner. I expressed that I was ready for a change but had never been really happy with a salon cut before. Honestly my expectations were pretty low. She evaluated my hair, how I currently care for it and I showed her a picture of my goal. Darcy was skilled, professional and sweet. I cannot speak highly enough of this whole experience. The delight I felt with the result was overwhelming, moving me to tears and greatly exceeded my expectations. We returned home and my husband loves it! I have an awesome cut that I can style easily that fits my lifestyle making me feel more confident!! Darcy is amazing!!! If I could rate it 10 stars I would!!!!

I have been going to Darcy for years. What can I say - she is amazing! I am always happy with my color and cut and style. Whether we are changing color, adding purple highlights, growing my hair out or cutting it off . . . I have never been disappointed. I always feel very pampered with Darcy's attention to details.
