Went for the dog park. Was really disappointed to see how small it was. There was a dispenser with waste bags, so that's a plus. If you're looking for a place for your pooch to stretch her legs, head to the Middleton dog park. Much more room to roam.

Great shaded place to enjoy time with your dog. Frequented park with playmates at nearly all reasonable hours.
I would've greatly appreciated a human restroom, but the dog loved it! Large area that's very well kept and an adjacent playground for my kid to use!
Really big park. Nice for dogs also.
* It's a small, boring little park.
* It's small enough that you can see your dog at all times, even if you're sitting at one of the picnic tables.
* The other people who come to the park are as friendly as those at the other parks.
* Dog owners there may be a little better about cleaning up after their dogs.
* The grass doesn't get cut as often as the rest of Walnut Grove park. Harder to pick up the poop.
* There are a few trees, which provides some shade on a hot summer day.
