Happily I tell you that I have a 'Silver Mine Subs' close to my home, good foods, nice staff. So easy to order for delivery, in winter this is a real plus! The foods are always fresh tasting & the restaurant has free WiFi with electric outlets at every booth. I use my 'Belly' rewards card every time I go in person, not take long to get a free sub or food item. Their cookies & pickles are super delicious!
Great service, quick, tasty, and super convenient that they stay open late for people who have different schedules. I recommend!
Food is good. Delivery is fast. In store service is so bad though
I called to have a box lunch delivered with a large coke. After an hour and ten minutes wait time I decided to call and cancel my order. The gentleman that answered said that was too bad they were just about to arrive. I said okay but I was a little put out because I feel I had waited awhile. He then got rather nasty and said that it was rush hour and I was 7 miles from the restaurant. First of all that's pretty rude customer service and second couldn't someone have called to tell me they were running behind? Oh, and by the way, I waited another half hour after that and they were just about here. Right!!!! So in all I waited just short of 2 hours for a sub, chips, pickle, coke and a cookie. My bill was $17.07 and I gave the delivery person a $20 and they turned around and walked off. No sorry for being late. Oh well, lesson learned. You may want to think twice before you order from here, unless you don't mind waiting.
Have had lunch here multiple times and they have been spot on every time. Our office has ordered platters for meetings too and they have been great too. Have never been disappointed and would highly recommend
