When contacted about the raw pizza the response was 'We cook our filled pizzas at 500 degrees for x minutes.' Really doesn't solve the problem of raw flour paste layer to berate us about how you cook your pizzas.
Fantastic food, fantastic service. I ordered some pizza on a busy, rainy Friday evening and even though it was the dinner rush, they still smiled and helped each customer in a friendly manner. I was surprised at how quickly I was able to get my pizza too!
Cons: this location is woefully understaffed. As a result there is quite a wait time and errors are made.
I have ordered from many places including this place numerous times but this is by far the worst. I got a salad that's supposed to a chef salad but Pretty much just lettuce. I have ordered this salad before and feel like I have been ripped off this time. I also ordered a sandwich and pieces of meat not slices literally look thrown in a pile a sandwich and basically no lettuce. Don't worry maybe that's why my salad has so much. I just didn't realize I had to finish making my food. Plus, if a salad is a meal itself then why would I get a dip cup for dressing?
Ordered over grubhub, the parts of the order that weren't wrong were raw. Claimed to lose the grubhub receipt, miraculously found it when grubhub contacted them for us. They sent us $50 of food for what was a $80 order. Got hung up on a couple of times, stil have no idea what we are actually being charged.
Avoid avoid avoid.
I wouldn't even give this one star. We called in are order for 4 pizzas special. We were not a cheap order! When you order food and pay a 100$ for your order you expect it to be right. Two of are pizzas were completely wrong. Also we we did not receive are ice cream that was soppose to come with the order. I called for transferred to a manager, put on hold. Then the manager argued with me, put me on hold again. Came back after several minutes then asked me to call back in 20 mins to speak to the owner!!!!! If you are the manager you should know how to do your job and be able to make decisions for the business. As someone in the food industry you don't argue you fix the problem.
Wanted to give us $25 store credit for seems to be a $80 bad experience. Wouldn't use the credit anyways.
Pros: best gyros in town.
Edit: Woke up in the middle of the night to puke after eating some crust off a stuffed pizza that I didn't realise had raw flour on it.
