I rate Mr Delivery "0" Stars. They took 1hr and 25 minutes to deliver subs from Firehouse(2 miles down the road). I was promised a 45 minute delivery time and just before that I got a text that it would be another 10-20minutes. It was another 40minutes! WOW! They also forgot one of my orders. It took me another 2 phone calls and 15 minutes of time to get the correct credits. For all of that they only took off a $5 process fee. I'm so disappointed in Mr. Delivery as this is what they do and they couldn't get it right.
Avoid using it!!!!!! They overcharge the food price and still ask for delivery AND service fee. Initially it might feels like you're only paying 4 for delivery fee; but once you compare the price you will realize you're paying extra $10++ per order because of how they price the food and delivery and service fee!!
Delivery took 1.5 hours with no warning. The phone number in the confirmation email was disconnected. We called the restaurant, but the number they had for a contact at Mr. Delivery was also disconnected. Reached out via Twitter and disnt hear back for two days. Don't sign your business up for this: it will make your restaurant look bad.
This company is a joke. I have no idea why companies use them in the city. Maybe they are the only option. I ordered food using EatStreet. Apparently they subcontract out to Mr. Delivery. I ordered food. It said that it was going to be 45-60 minutes. 3 hours later, Mr.Delivery called and said that our "piping hot food" was at the hotel ready to be dropped off. By that time we were literally on our way to the airport. At least I got a refund.
Item missing from my order, when I reported the problem to Famous Dave's they said I must contact Mr. Delivery - bad service
