My husband and I had our wedding reception here at the Holiday Inn Madison at The American Center. I simply cannot say enough good things about the staff here. Erica is such an amazing person to work with. She helped me every step of the way planning. She was kind, proficient, and professional. She got e-mails back to me super-fast and with no hesitation. For our food tasting, I thought it was very nice that the chef came out and talked his dishes over with my husband and I. He explained everything he did, and told us he would accommodate anything we did not like about this dishes (which we loved each dish and wouldn't change anything!) The night of our wedding all the food came out hot and everything was tasty. Our guest loved their dishes they chose from. The wait staff was very polite and treated our guest great! We had some of the BEST bartenders we could've asked for. I don't know how many times we had someone come up to us and tell us how cool the bartenders were. They treated our guests/us amazing! They were funny and entertaining! At one point in the night, I had some questions about the clean-up of the place after the reception was done and one of the bartenders took it upon himself to find out the answer for me and made sure I didn't have to worry about a thing. Overall I absolutely loved everyone at this hotel and they made my wedding reception stress free and fun! I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a venue for a party!
Fantastically clean room. Comfortable bed. Great room service and quite tasty breakfast buffet. You'd be fool not to stay here.
Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The restaurant had good food and we also enjoyed the pool!
Attended a casual wedding reception here. The food was pretty good and the venue was sufficient for dancing and dinner, but they closed the pool before we could use it. Understandable as it was 11pm but it was still a bummer to fly all the way to Madison with swimwear and not swim. Rooms were spacious and clean.
This hotel was very easy for is to get to and had a large parking lot which is important for us as we usually pull a trailer when we travel to WI. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a great, quiet stay!
