Room was nice. Bed very comfortable. Lobby clean, service was very friendly. Breakfast was great. Surrounding area has plenty to do (near a mall).

I really enjoyed this hotel: very clean and updated rooms, friendly front desk staff, quiet and safe overall. Pet owners: Know that there is a 20$/night pet fee. A nice stay overall though!!

This is a very nice hotel that has been remodeled recently. The rooms was renovated from floor to ceiling, and it showed. The shower and tub are very nice. I stayed at the Wyndham last time I was in town for Epic. But decided to stay here this time. I am so glad I did. This place was tons better. Here you have the option to have your hot food to be taken to go, which was nice. They also have continental breakfast items that are available for you as you want during breakfast. There are also juice, milk, and coffee dispensers. Whereas at the Wyndham none of that was available for you to get at your leisure, and breakfast was only available as a hot item that had to be ordered there, and was free for me due to corporate rates but usually costs extra. At Best Western the breakfast is included, and you don't have to wait for someone to come take your order. Annoying when you need to get some where for work.

Great value for a quality hotel. Staff was friendly and attentive. All amenities were as advertised. Complimentary made-to-order breakfast is a great offering. Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Good location, close to the beltline and the mall but on a quiet street. The staff I dealt with were polite and knowledgeable in my presence. It is August, 2017 when I write this and they are renovating, I think the first wing of the renovation. I was in one of the newly furnished ones. Roomy, not too much furniture for the space, but a desk, couch and chair with the bed. Large tub/shower in the bathroom. Two sinks, one in one out of the bathroom. No pool. They had a great set up for a hot breakfast, and 24 hour a day carafes for tea and coffee (although it was Tuesday night so I don't know if they are there on weekends). A good experience.

The Best Western also has shuttles to and from Epic. And even though it is near a lot of places, it is tucked back in a fairly quiet area. I plan on going back for my next trip to Epic as the rooms and amenities were far better here and at a much better rate. Keep up the good work Best Western and you will be sure to have more frequent customer base from Epic clients.
