Awesome service! I came unprepared for the weather so they provided complimentary umbrellas. The view from either side is also beautiful, and the room was well kept and comfortable. Location is also ideal!
Enjoyed my stay! Great room service and loved the selection at the private lounge. The only criticism would be on their front desk, they are a bit hard to get ahold of via phone in the morning.
The room was sufficient for my needs for one night. I stayed in a room without a view to save on the rate. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. They offered free garage parking a block away after their own lot was full which was an added bonus. The location is perfect for business or pleasure with easy walking distance to the capital building or State Street. I would definitely stay here again or recommend to a friend.
Friendly staff and quick check-in time. Room was tidy and seemed clean when I entered. Provides 2 bottles of complimentary water. Good experience.
The view is marvelous, spectacular, if you are overseeing the lake side. The other side has a very good view of Capitol building. Great staff, nice breakfast. Furniture and room seem a bit old.
