Nice and clean facilities. The breakfast and conference hall areas were nicely cared for.
We had called to book a room, were told one was available and upon arriving we found out that it would not accommodate our family's needs despite being very clear when booking that we had a family of four needing a wheelchair accessible room. We were left to find alternate arrangements on our own at 9pm on a Friday night.
Coffee was excellent, very strong. Service was friendly! Interior was spacious and well lit. 10/10. Would do again.
Friendly, helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby and easy access to the highway.
Overall experience was excellent. Our room was ready nearly two hours before check in. The front desk attendant was very kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean and had a very modern/comfortable appeal. Would definetly book again for our next visit to Madison.
