I originally had them at a 5 because the sale went very smooth. Now that we need service for our year old Rockwood because the tent needed to be repaired, service was a joke. They had our camper 5 times for the tent repair and lied about it being fixed. Do NOT recommend them for anything. Avoid if possibme

Not the Corporate bullc**p!They are extremely busy! They have a lot to choose from. Yes, things are scattered hither & yond but you will get a better price here! No add on set up fees, etc! Like they say the more fancy looking premises the more your going to pay, they always pass it on to the consumer! I price shopped nobody was lower on a 2018. Just what I was looking for, tows easily and has decent quality. I'd be an over the road truck driver if I wanted to drive a big rig! Nucamp are the ones that need to include a video on setup and usage not a owners manual that is lame and arduous! Its called product support!!HELLO!

I went there with a warranty issue. That they did not fix! So I'm still showering in cold water. The things that were extra that brought them $$$ they managed to do. They sprayed some kind of over spray all over the front and sides of my brand new trailer. It'll never be the same. I've washed it twice!!! Put a propane bracket on that was black instead of silver and charged $94.
Geez. This place was a joke. I'll never go back!
