The food is absolutely incredible, but the service can be slower than molasses in January. We've had some great visits...and some that have lasted over two hours due to the site service. Definitely worth the visit, but don't plan anything for after dinner.
Everything was fantastic and the server was very patient and helpful, seeing as it was my first time there. A four course meal left me pleasantly full and extremely satisfied, well worth the money. The atmosphere is very soothing and slightly upbeat. I would definitely recommend the experience to anybody who enjoys food. Side note, they provide delicious sauces but the food is so good i ate it without them.
Had a fondue night out just the girls. Had a great time and amazing service! Nicole, our server, was very attentive and extremely personal! Thank you for making tonight a great girls night out! We WILL be back soon!
The Melting Pot is a chain restaurant, but it is a really good chain restaurant, and provides a predictably enjoyable experience. My wife and I have gone to many branches of this chain, and have never had a bad experience. You are generally in for a big, but tasty and satisfying fondue meal, and they take pride in both the quality and variety of their wine list.
we drove 2 hours to go to the restaurant. The service was not that great. The waitress only came by one time to see if our drinks were full. It was really pricing for what you get, and if you are new to the experience then do not expect to much help! When I go to a restaurant and spend over 50 dollars you should expect exceptional service, and this was not the case.
