Otto's always provides an excellent experience. The Chef's tasting menu offered amazing food. Go for the wine pairings, they are well matched.

Wonderful hidden restaurant in Madison! The tasting menu was very nice and the wines were PERFECTLY paired. Very romantic ambiance, but the bar was hopping too! Dress nicely as this is a high end place.
Had drinks with Friends watching NBA and NFL games.
