First time ever at Hooters. We ordered two sodas, wings, and fries. Waited over an hour for food that never arrived. Everyone around us ate and left. So after an hour we left too. Kept telling us our food would be out next but then would bring food to the tables around us. Save your self time and go someplace else.
This was the first time at any Hooters for me so it's safe to say I lost my Hooters "virginity." The place was great. The waitress I had, Sarah made me feel super comfortable. She was very flirty and friendly just like any Hooters girl should be. She gave me recommendations of places to visit that night which was awesome of her. She told me I had a "girly figure" but I know she didn't really mean that. I'd definitely go to this Hooters again when I'm down in the Madison area. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. Oh and not to mention, the food was awesome. :-)
Hooters food is pretty much the same at all locations. Love the sauces. Wings are just small and expensive. Service pretty good here. Need bigger tv's for sports. Got the shrimp combo platter and 1 beer $24 plus too. $30 meal for 1 person is just crazy. But that's Hooters and life as a sale rep.
I enjoy coming to this establishment. Hooters treats me right. I get my orders in a timely manner. Amazing food and atmosphere. All the managers and the rest of the employees are awesome
We ALWAYS stop at Hooters Madison on our way to the Northwoods. We usually have decent service and the food is always good. Tonight the service was AWFUL. The restaurant was not busy, 6 tables max had customers. We ordered an app, wings, fries, and a salad, pretty standard order.... it took 40 mins to even get the appetizer, beer cheese and pretzels. Then another 15 for 30 bone in wings plus no salad or fries. Another 10 minute wait and our fries finally showed up, still no salad. After another 5 minute wait and all of our food finally showed up. During that entire wait we were only checked on 2 times, leaving empty drinks just sitting needing to be filled. We were very disappointed and will not be choosing Hooters Madison as our dinner choice on our way through Madison.
