I brought my dog in when she was in labor but not having contractions. They helped her thru and delivered the pups safely. They were clear and upfront on pricing and very fair. They helped us so much and gave great care. They sent us home with much info on what to expect and do going forward to care for the mother and pups.
Our dog found and ate a large piece of chocolate someone left outside. We called VES and were advised to have him come in. He was seen immediately and his care was started within minutes of us arriving. 12 hours later he's back with us, safe and sound. From the staff on the phone to the vet techs to the vet everyone was kind and efficient and professional. I would have no hesitation to bring my pets to be cared for here again.
The staff here were great. They were extremely helpful and caring when we had to rush our dog in there early on a Saturday morning. I appreciate the kind and welcoming feeling they gave when my dog passed. Thank you to the staff that morning. You were the first to help threw this extremely tough time.
Staff was super friendly and very attentive however I went in and they did not figure out what was wrong with my dog and just scammed me out of hundreds of dollars, they gave me expired can food since my dog was not eating and was vomiting her symptoms got worse. I payed to get my dog sicker than she was.
Our cat Clark Griswold had a blocked urinary track. The vet worked within our budget to unblock him and recommended we visit our local vet for surgery. I was pleased with the level of care our cat got while in their care. Pictures are from after his surgery...hes doing well!
