If you are looking to rent a house in Madison any time soon, do not rent from Dan Keller and the Keller Real Estate Group. Beyond overpricing the rent for their properties, their customer service is poor. They do not return phone calls, enter the apartments without notice, and are anal retentive when it comes to parking. Do yourselves a favor, dont rent from them, and tell your friends.
This is the worst real estate company in the entire city. The agent I started working with was rude and unhelpful. I am glad I didn't sign a buyers agreement with them.
I had a great experience with them. The apartment was a bit on the older side, but the price was very reasonable for downtown Madison and they responded to any service calls promptly.
Absolutely terrible management. I know several people who feel the same. They are rude and completely incompetent. I know you see many reviews online, and in many cases they're just disgruntled people over exaggerating, but from a completely objective point of view. They are horrible. Save yourselves the time and money. Do NOT rent any properties from them. I'm sure in the future they will inevitably get around to responding to this review, don't bother. These people are some of the worst land lords in the city. And the other 1 star reviews prove this.
