Guy helped us sell our Grandmother's house when she passed away. We talked to a few agents who wanted us to do some costly updates and hold open houses. Guy came looked things over and told us a few inexpensive improvements and that an open house would help him find clients but wouldn't do much to sell her home.. So not having to stage the house for that saved us time and money. He handled the buyers efficiently and called with questions but he took care of everything right up to the signing. The house sold quickly and for a better price than we expected. We love the house we are in but if we ever move we will contact Guy to help us sell our home too.
