Never worked a day for this Company and they took me to court for $1,000 in fees they never incurred! Very shady Company to even think about working for! They said I worked for them in 2012-2013 but my license was never in their name! Then on 8/5/2015 they took it from my current real estate company and put it into their name without my knowledge of consent just to make their lawsuit look legitimate!
Terrible experience with the landlord agent from this company. Chris Heck is completely unprofessional and difficult to communicate with. While trying to reason with him, he has flat out mocked me and threatened to "kick me to the curb". I've had to go to Tenant Resources on multiple occasions to discuss situations such as him charging $70 per hour for any maintenance that the apartment may have. It's outrageous to deal with a landlord who is unprofessional, unreliable, and immature to say the least. Never again will I lease with a company who lets their agents behave like this.
