Decent mains/apps (wife said French onion soup was a pleasant surprise), our party had a good experience overall. Got one skillet cookie desert to share, but it came out under cooked -- and the texture of raw cookie dough turned us off.
Delicious drinks and pizza / very friendly service. Can't wait to go back!
I love pizza unos pies. I have been a fan for over 30 years. The crust is so unique and delicious.
I had a wonderful pizza at Ono Pizzeria and Grill. Huge restaurant so they can seat you nearly immediately. Superb staff and great tasting pizza. I had the small size and still had to bring some home. Have big parking lot, but are located off the main drag so I had never been there before. I will be back now that I realize what they have to offer.
Just sat here for 15 mins and never even had a server stop and take drink orders. Got a dirty look and not even one word to stop us from leaving from the 4 yes 4 people standing idle at the host station on the way out. The people working here literally just don't care. It's a shame too, UNOs used to be a great multiple location restaurant when I was growing up here. Now we're left with this one poorly staffed location,we literally just had to walk out of and go to red lobster. Interesting business model. Will for sure be our last visit to this once loved establishment.
Despite our desert mishap, we would definitely return and recommend!
Great customer service, however -- our server, Stacy (I believe) offered empathy regarding our desert and even made mention of it to management. She was polite, attentive, and engaging without being overbearing. She even labeled and dated our left over take out containers, which I found to be very thoughtful.
