Better hope one of Liberty Mutual's insured does not cause an accident for you - they play hardball with victims to avoid responsibility.

I was in an accident in december. Liberty mutual is my insurance company. The accident ended up being 50/50 fault and They DROPPED me!!! They told me they dropped me because of the amount they had to pay for my car. Unbelievable
Liberty Mutual's driver pulled out in front of me when I had the right of way causing an accident. On the police report, their driver claimed he could not see past another vehicle when he pulled into my lane. Their driver was ticketed for "inattentive driving". Liberty Mutual said I should have done all I could to avoid the accident, and because I hit into the middle of the car that obviously their driver had control of the intersection. I guess slamming on your brakes and skidding sideways while your life flashes before your eyes is not good enough for them. You still are 20% responsible.
They did a great job handling my claim. Anytime I have called to ask an insurance question they have provided great insight. I would highly recommend the agents in this office.
If it's integrity, honesty, courtesy and general decency you're looking for, look no further, you're definitely in the WRONG place.
