Absolutely horrible! I have been with Country Insurance for 15 years. Their out of state customer service changed and as a result I wanted to shop around for auto/home insurance bargain. During those years I only had one hail damage claim, that was paid to me. When I called Bodden Insurance his representative rejected me and refused to give me a quote. I felt humiliated and realized that no diverse population is welcome here.
Brad was very helpful setting up our new business insurance policies - he was happy to point us to an industry group for one specialized type of insurance that would have been significantly more expensive through AmFam. Great customer service!
Each time I visit the Bodden agency, Brad and his team always make me feel so incredibly welcomed. Each time I'm greeted with a friendly smile. Even when they are very busy with customers or the phones are ringing, they always take the time to listen and don't make it feel like they are rushing through with you to get to the next customer or task.
